Both my parents (dad aged 94,  mum aged 87) who needed physical and mental care, have been at The Mansion for a year and a half, and I am very satisfied with the care they are receiving at The Mansion thus far!

The Mansion always keeps me updated about my parent's health via calls or texts. The nurses are extra careful in administering and ordering medication. Their transparent communication serves as an excellent relief for me, as I'm currently staying overseas and always worried about my parents' well-being. The staff at The Mansion are knowledgeable, caring, gentle, and kind. They keep the residents occupied by regularly conversing with them and organising various activities to keep them physically and mentally active.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are there weekly doctor's visits to the residence?

Yes, the doctor will visit on a weekly basis or by appointment. 

Do you provide long-term stay or short term stay?

The Mansion provides long-term stay for Elder Care and short-term stay for Post-Hospitalisation Recovery Care for age 18 and above. Monthly and weekly rates are available, daily rates are for exceptional cases.

What is included in the package? What do our fees cover?

The Mansion’s residents will have their own private room with 24/7 care by nurses and caregivers, weekly doctor's visits, physical and cognitive activities and home-cooked meals by in-house cook and daily cleaning and laundry services.

What are the charges?

The Mansion is a premium Assisted Living Facility. Our room rates start from RM5,500/month including round-the-clock nursing care, a full board of 3 meals a day + 1 tea, group activities, medication management, laundry, and weekly doctor's visit. Further customization and additional services such as physiotherapy, speech therapy, etc are also available on request.
